The Art and Craft of Writing
Institute of Children's Literature They have great writing classes.  They are very flexible, and teach the basics as well as how to complete a book.   I wrote Believing is the Hardest Part as an assignment.  They also have classes for writing for adults.
Critique Circle A website devoted to critiquing stories.  Upload your own to receive a critique, then critique some other stories in return.
